About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join MSIG Insurance (Malaysia) Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for providing customer service and administrative support, attending to visitors and customer enquiries at the Reception Counter, and ensuring service excellence in line with established customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
To attend to all visitors and customers in a professional manner.
To support and back up Telephone Operators in answering incoming calls from General Line and provide assistance to callers in the most efficient manner.
To attend to back insurance enquiry and purchase transaction.
To handle basic claims notification and submission.
To perform administrative tasks.
Ensure the achievement of 24-hour document turnaround time by completing all assigned tasks daily.
Job Requirements
Degree / Diploma holder in any discipline
1 - 2 years of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships effectively
Customer-focused with a positive service attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Basic knowledge of telephony systems
