We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to support daily purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory records, and basic admin operations.

• Prepare and process purchase requests and purchase orders.

• Liaise with suppliers for pricing, ordering, delivery, and follow-up.

• Monitor stock levels for supplies, materials, packaging, cleaning items, and general operational items.

• Assist with stock count, inventory checking, and stock movement records.

• Update purchasing, receiving, and inventory documents.

• Compare supplier prices and report price changes.

• Check delivery orders, invoices, and received goods.

• Support the operation team in stock planning and purchasing coordination.

• Assist in basic cost control and wastage monitoring.

• Maintain proper filing and admin records.

• Support daily admin and operational tasks when required.

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or relevant working experience.

• Experience in admin, purchasing, inventory, operations, retail, warehouse, or supply coordination is an advantage.

• Basic computer skills: Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and simple reporting.

• Able to communicate with suppliers and internal team professionally.

• Honest, organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.

• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Willing to learn purchasing, inventory, admin, and cost control systems.

• Careful with numbers and documents.

• Good at follow-up and record keeping.

• Interested in purchasing, inventory, and operational support.
