Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately

• Process and monitor payroll, attendance, and leave management

• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

• Handle employee relations matters and assist in resolving workplace issues professionally

• Coordinate training, development, and performance appraisal programmes

• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Labour Law and company regulations

• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant HR working experience

• Solid understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• High attention to detail, well-organised, and able to work independently

• Experience with HR software or payroll systems is an advantage
