Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP systems, IT project management, or related fields

• Experience in ERP implementation within manufacturing industry is highly preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong project management and leadership skills

• Good understanding of ERP systems and business processes

• Knowledge of manufacturing operations such as inventory, procurement, MRP, and production planning

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)

• Able to communicate technical matters clearly to non-technical users

• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar tools

• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Job Description

• The ERP Project Manager will lead and manage ERP implementation and system improvement projects within a manufacturing environment. The role involves working closely with management, internal departments, consultants, and vendors to improve business operations and support organizational growth.

• This position is mainly office-based and requires close coordination with internal stakeholders across departments.

  ERP Implementation & Project Management

• Lead ERP implementation and enhancement projects from planning to execution

• Manage project timeline, budget, risks, and resource allocation

• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, developers, and internal users

• Gather business requirements and align system solutions with operational needs

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery

• Oversee system testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and change management materials

• Support user training and adoption of new system

  System Operations & Improvement

• Monitor ERP and related business system performance

• Handle user feedback, incidents, and system enhancement requests

• Conduct discussions with users to identify operational challenges

• Evaluate feasibility and priority of improvement requests

• Research new IT trends and propose suitable solutions to management
