Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Leasing Administration di Fipper Retail Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with landlords, shopping malls, and property management offices on tenancy-related matters.

- Prepare and submit required documents for new tenancy applications, renewals, fit-out works, business licenses, and outlet operations.

- Maintain and update tenancy agreements, renewal schedules, and outlet lease records.

- Monitor lease expiry dates and ensure timely renewal discussions with landlords.

- Liaise with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Retail) to gather required documentation and information.

- Follow up on tenancy deposits, rental invoices, service charges, and utilities payments with landlords and Finance Department.

- Assist in negotiating tenancy terms and renewal conditions with landlords when required.

- Coordinate fit-out submissions, renovation applications, and contractor documentation with mall management.

- Maintain proper filing and record management of all tenancy-related documents.

- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields.

- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in leasing, administration, retail operations, or property-related functions.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Strong attention to detail and document management skills.

- Able to manage multiple deadlines and follow up effectively.

- Experience dealing with shopping malls, landlords, or retail tenancy matters will be an added advantage.
