Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Managing schedules
• Handling correspondences
• Maintaining records
• Assisting with executives' tasks
• Assist in corporate services, i.e. company secretarial matters 
• Assist in Human Resource (HR) matters 
• Liaise with clients, government authorities, and other relevant parties
• Performing other office duties as needed, i.e. ad hoc matters

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in administration, business, or a related field 
• Experience in an administrative role is preferred
• Proficiency in using office software and technology, including word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
