Responsibility
- Develop an annual quality action plan based on the company’s development strategy and business plan
- Lead, monitor and supervise quality team to meet company quality goal and department KPI
- Manage Quality Improvement Plans and Corrective/Preventive Action Plans
- Responsible for resolving quality issues that arise as a result of the production and customer shutdowns
- Understand and implement customer specific requirement and special characteristics as well as to communicate with customers and supplier regarding quality issues
- Participate in the quotation process to ensure that the appropriate quality standard and requirements are considered prior winning the business award
- Participate in supplier quality analysis and evaluation
- Oversee and manage the functions of Incoming, In-Process, Outgoing and Aftersales team with effectively implement the QMS in the organization.
- Develop a training plan to ensure subordinates job competency.
- Review the department’s monthly quality performance report
- Manages department budget and control expenses
- To promotes safe working environment and be a member of APQP team
- Handle ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned, in support of team and business needs.
Requirement
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with harness manufacturing process and standards
- Internal Auditor with IATF16949 Quality Management System
- Well versed with 7 QC tools and 5 core tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
