Overview

We’re looking for a social-native and experienced Content Creator who can concept, shoot, and edit nimble, platform-first content for TikTok, Reels, and beyond. If you love turning ideas into scroll-stopping content, this is for you.

This role will work on one of Malaysia’s leading energy and retail brands. You will also get to collaborate with a large and diverse array of other creatives and consultants within GrowthOps.

Responsibilities

• Create original short-form videos tailored to each social platform
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and community managers to bring campaigns to life
• Effectively manage a client on location, during a shoot
• Film and edit content using smartphones
• Stay on top of trends and adapt them for brand use
• Assist with sourcing and managing KOL's and other third party agencies
• Reporting on social content efficacy
  
  

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of social content creation experience
• Portfolio of TikTok, Reels, or platform-native content
• Skilled in mobile filming and quick editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Envato, other)
• Understand how to use GenAI to speed up production (ElevenLabs, Suno, Higgsfield, other)
• Agile, creative, and fluent in internet culture
