Role Description
Tracey is strengthening our e-commerce direction, and we are looking for a leader who can bring structure, clarity, and measurable results across all online channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Management
Oversee Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Zalora operations.
Drive strategies to increase traffic, conversion and overall profitability.
Build clear SOPs, reporting flow and weekly performance structures for the team.
Align marketplace campaigns with Tracey’s brand and commercial goals.
2. TikTok & Livestream Leadership
Lead the TikTok team on content planning, execution and performance tracking.
Manage livestream preparation, coordination and post-live analysis.
Create a workflow that connects content, campaigns and marketplace performance.

Strong understanding of marketplace mechanics and digital trends.
Experience managing and developing teams with clear KPIs.
Able to build structured processes that improve speed, clarity and execution.
