 Qualifications and experience

  • Experience — Internship or coursework in social media, influencer marketing, PR, or digital marketing preferred but not required.

  • Adaptability — Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, pivot priorities, and contribute as a collaborative team player.
  • Attention to detail — Strong organizational skills and ability to manage timelines, contracts, and deliverables.

Skills and tools

  • Strategic thinking — Able to translate trends and data into practical campaign suggestions.
  • Analytical skills — Comfortable with basic campaign metrics and reporting; familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Platform knowledge — Understanding of major social platforms and content formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
  • Negotiation and relationship management — Confident in outreach and building rapport with creators.
  • Tools — Experience or willingness to learn influencer platforms, social listening tools, and project management software.

Role overview
We are looking for a proactive KOL Intern to support our influencer marketing team as an emerging Influencer Marketing Strategist. You will help design and run KOL/KOC campaigns across platforms, maintain continuous stakeholder communications, and contribute strategic recommendations throughout the campaign lifecycle. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who adapts quickly, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to build a career in social-first brand growth 

Key responsibilities

  • Campaign strategy support — Assist in developing influencer strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages; propose creative angles and channel mixes.
  • End-to-end campaign management — Help scout, vet, outreach, negotiate, brief, track deliverables, and close out KOL/KOC collaborations.
  • Ongoing communications — Maintain back-to-back communications with influencers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure timelines and expectations are met.
  • Performance tracking and insights — Collect and analyze campaign metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI); prepare concise reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Content and brand alignment — Review influencer content for brand fit and compliance; coordinate approvals and revisions to maintain consistent messaging.
  • Seeding and relationship building — Support product seeding programs and nurture a growing network of KOLs, KOCs, and micro-influencers across platforms.
  • Cross-functional collaboration — Work with content, creative, product, and business teams to align influencer assets with broader marketing objectives.
  • Ad hoc operational support — Handle administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and campaign logistics as needed.
