1. 3–5 years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure. 
2. Technical: Network protocols, TCP/IP, routing/switching, firewalls, virtualization, scripting, cloud services, security best practices, hardware/software configuration.
3. Experience: Systems administration, network engineering, data center management, IT security.
4. Soft Skills: Problem-solving, communication, project management, strategic planning, teamwork. 
5. Proven experience configuring routers, switches, and firewalls. 
6. Skilled in designing secure, scalable LAN/WAN and wireless networks.
7. Familiarity with Netgear, Cisco, Juniper, or enterprise networking tools.
8. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network performance issues.
9. Experience with VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and network security.
10. Confidence implementing monitoring and failover systems.
11. Ability to produce technical documentation and network diagrams.
12. Strong project coordination and communication skills.
