Penerangan Kerja

Tanggungjawab

1. Calendar & Schedule Management

  • Manage and organize executive’s daily calendar
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Handle last-minute changes and urgent requests

2. Communication Support

  • Manage emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the executive
  • Draft, reply, and filter correspondence when required
  • Follow up with internal and external stakeholders

3. Travel Arrangements

  • Arrange flights, hotel bookings, transport, and visas if needed
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries

4. Meeting Coordination

  • Arrange meetings with internal teams and external partners
  • Prepare meeting agendas and materials
  • Take minutes (if required)

5. Administrative Support

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
  • Maintain confidential files and records
  • Handle expense claims and reimbursements

6. Ad-hoc Tasks

  • Assist with urgent or personal requests from the executive
  • Coordinate with different departments when needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE O Levels, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree and above in any field
  • Qualification in Business Administration / Office Management is an advantage, but not required
