Job Description & Requirements:
1. Recruitment Management: post a job opening/interview, Salary Assessment, LOA/LOE
2. Personnel Operation: attendance/Leave/Probationary contract/Contract Extension/Resignation, Organization Chart/Certificate
3. Company Welfare Management: Group insurance, Medical claim, congratulations and condolences, Monthly Birthday events
4. Staff Training Management: CET, PM, CSOC, Core Trade etc.
5. Appraisal Management: Staff/Worker yearly assessment extension, Termination, Salary Increment etc.
6. Compensation Management: Salary Calculation, AWS, Income Tax, CPF/Levy, Overtime Payment
7. EPOL, WPOL VISA Management:SC, PR, EP, SP, WP
9. BCA & MOH Policy follow up
10. Camp Operations Management: Condominium Arrangement & supply necessities.
11. Expat Leave Management: Expat/local leave, book air ticket, Application ICA entry permit.
