This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Proposal Engineer, based in Wangsa Maju with some opportunities for remote work. The Senior Proposal Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing technical and commercial proposals in response to client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing bid documents, conducting feasibility studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications. The role also involves cost estimation, risk assessment, and participating in client negotiations to secure project contracts while ensuring timely and quality deliverables.

• Technical acumen in engineering disciplines such as Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, and Process & Process Safety.
• Proficiency in proposal development, including cost estimation, risk analysis, and report generation.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing EPCM or EPCC contracts.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and Big Data within technical and engineering applications.
• In-depth knowledge of the energy sector, specifically in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Industries, and Renewable Energy.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or professional certifications is an advantage.
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the energy or related industries, is preferred.
