Role Description

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and improve organizational performance. This role focuses on transforming raw data into meaningful insights that help stakeholders understand trends, measure outcomes, and identify opportunities for growth.

You will work with data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, software platforms, and reporting systems. The role involves cleaning, validating, and organizing data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability for analysis.

A key responsibility is analyzing datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights. You will create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that help stakeholders monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate business performance, and make informed decisions.

This position also involves collaborating with business teams, product teams, finance departments, and operational stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and answer business questions using data. You will support forecasting, performance tracking, customer analysis, and operational reporting initiatives.

In addition, the Data Analyst contributes to improving data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical processes while helping organizations strengthen their data-driven decision-making capabilities.
