Job Responsibilities

• Issue invoices, official receipts, and related accounting documents accurately and on time
• Perform debtor reconciliation by verifying customer statements against internal accounts receivable records
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure accurate debtor records
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
• Assist in finance and accounting administrative tasks as assigned
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting or finance role
• Experience in retail or F&B industry is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and debtor reconciliation processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
