Full Time Technical Project Manager - Scrum Master Jobs, in KGiSL Federal Territory - Maukerja

This role combines Project Management expertise with Scrum Master facilitation to drive successful

delivery of technology projects within Pos Malaysia's transformation journey. You will manage a

portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, while fostering a collaborative and

high-performing environment using Agile principles.

Responsibilities:

Own It:

• Manage a portfolio of technology projects, including preparing project timelines, defining

milestones, tracking progress, reporting, and resolving impediments.

• Define and continuously improve projects management processes using data-driven insights.

Own the collaboration process and associated tools.

• Act as a conduit to resolve alignment or communication gaps through tactful and

transparent discussions.

• Support organizational leaders in quarterly roadmap planning and prioritization.

• Create and maintain the Delivery Roadmap for teams, in collaboration with Tech & Product

Leaders.

Job Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in technology and project management.

• Project delivery or technical leadership background with strong organizational and

interpersonal skills.

• Experience managing projects using Agile software development methodologies (Scrum or

Kanban) and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability to prioritize multiple, high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication skills to interact with management and cross-functional teams.

Proven track record of delivering/shipping projects.

• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions within defined parameters, while

managing multiple projects/tasks.

Will Be a Plus:

• Experience delivering digital products within Financial Services, Insurance, Technology,

Logistics, Retail, etc.

• Experience in product delivery.

• Experience managing large-scale B2B, B2C services and integration projects.

• Experience managing external stakeholders (vendors, suppliers).

• Good understanding of e-commerce solutions, UX, and payments
