About the Rol

eWe are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead and manage testing activities across multiple projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in JIRA and Confluence, along with hands-on experience in test planning, execution, defect management, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance governance

.Experience with test automation tools such as Tosca and Selenium will be an added advantage

Key Responsibiliti

• esLead end-to-end testing activities across project lifecycle
• s.Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test schedule
• s.Coordinate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure quality deliverable
• s.Manage test execution, defect tracking, reporting, and closure using JIR
• A.Utilize Confluence for documentation, test artifacts, knowledge sharing, and project collaboratio
• n.Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and provide mitigation strategie
• s.Ensure adherence to testing standards, processes, and best practice
• s.Prepare and present test metrics, status reports, and quality dashboards to stakeholder
• s.Drive defect triage meetings and facilitate resolution with development team
• s.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation activitie
• s.Mentor and guide testing team members to improve overall testing effectivenes
