SALARY RANGE : RM 4,000 - RM 7,000
Responsibilities:
The position will be required to participate on relevant committees as and when is needed for the efficient performance of duties and as directed by the Assistant Manager, Space and Project Management; or Manager, Building Facilities; or Director, Administration; and/or any other person as assigned by an authorized personnel.
Administration & Operations
- Manage venue rentals, billing, and payment follow-ups with renters and sub-tenants.
- Oversee day-to-day food hall operations and recruit new F&B stall operators.
- Prepare minutes for the F&B Working Committee meetings.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and handle the full procurement process (PR to GRN).
- Oversee on-campus vending machine operations and vendor performance.
- Draft operational papers for Board and Executive Committee meetings.
Legal & Contract Tracking
- Coordinate with Legal Counsel for agreement reviews, quotations, and document stamping.
- Manage the signing, stamping (LHDN), and execution of sub-tenancy agreements.
- Maintain a central register to track agreement progress and timely tenancy renewals.
Service, Safety & Culture
- Provide excellent customer service to staff, students, and visitors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and OHS-compliant work environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from a recognized institution with at least three (3) years relevant working experience.
- Master’s degree holder can be considered.
- Excellent skills in written and spoken English.
- Good problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Ability to monitor, analyze and report on relevant data, and to identify lead indicators and take necessary action.
- Excellent interpersonal skills especially in a cross-cultural situation and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a consultative and team environment.
- Ability to handle more than one priority at a time and successfully priorities and identify the best course of action in the implementation of administration tasks.
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity.
- Proven ability to manage clients and stakeholders and business partners from a wide range of backgrounds and cultural expectations.
- Previous experience working in an institution of higher learning.
