Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with merchants, serving as the primary point of contact for business and operational matters.
- Identify and acquire new merchant partnerships to expand business opportunities and revenue growth.
- Promote and cross-sell payment solutions and value-added services to existing and prospective merchants.
- Provide consultation on products and services, helping merchants identify solutions that best meet their business needs.
- Monitor merchant performance and proactively recommend strategies to drive transaction growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding and effective issue resolution.
- Support merchants during marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
- Deliver product training and guidance to merchants and business partners to enhance product adoption.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve sales and relationship management targets while maintaining high levels of merchant satisfaction.
