Job Description:

• Oversee equipment ramp and meet equipment utilization.
• Oversee new equipment and testing technology.
• Responsible for meeting cost, productivity, quality goals and tactical plans to support equipment roadmap.
• Customer corrective actions.
• Formulate plans & lead a team to achieve section goals and objectives.
• Train, develop and retain staff.
• Plan and maximize available resources.
• Manage the budget, resources and cost of the Section to ensure cost effectiveness in all its operations.
• Lead and guide staff to achieve engineering / technical solutions as well as maintain competitiveness.
• Participate or lead in plant wide cross-functional activities.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements and Must Have:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics
• Language: Excellent oral and written skills in English
• Experience: 8-12 years’ industrial experience with 5-8 years equipment engineering experience
• Good in communication with customer
• Good knowledge in Wafer Sort related experience
• Good understanding of all phases of operations.
• Knowledge in IC technologies, fabrication, customer process and application.
• Effective management and leadership skills.
• Help build and maintain effective teams.
• Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.
• Effective communication skills.
• Project Management skill.
