Job Description:

• Coordinate the design drawings with consultants to comply with the requirements of the authorities
• Review project specification, technical clarifications, and construction drawings
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with the client's representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on technical matters
• Ensure all submissions of detailed drawings, materials, and mockups for early approval
• Ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications, and all interface details with SWCs' works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
• Plan, manage, and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
• Create and maintain the project template files to ensure standards
• Coordinate with other departments and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes
• Liaise with sub-contractors
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to subcontractors
• Review and revise the current revision status
• Compiling of the as-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Detailing and documentation of working drawings
• Check on-site to ensure that architectural works are carried out according to the construction drawings
• Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade demo, and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews, and comments from consultants
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience after tertiary education in the relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for a project of similar scale, complexity, and nature of work.
• Degree / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
• Having experience in a high-rise building project would be a bonus and advantageous.
• Willing to work in the site office.
