Hydrographic Report Coordinator | Offshore Survey & Marine Projects

Are you experienced in hydrographic survey reporting and passionate about delivering high-quality offshore project documentation? We are looking for a Hydrographic Report Coordinator to play a key role in transforming complex survey data into professional client deliverables that support offshore energy, subsea cable, marine infrastructure, and coastal development projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Prepare and compile hydrographic, geophysical, and geotechnical survey reports for offshore and marine projects.
- Integrate bathymetric charts, survey results, and technical findings into client-ready deliverables.
- Coordinate and review survey outputs, including MBES, SBES, Side Scan Sonar, and positioning data.
- Verify processed datasets, survey metadata, coordinate systems, and chart references prior to reporting.
- Ensure reports comply with project specifications, client requirements, and company QA/QC procedures.
- Perform quality checks to ensure consistency between processed data, charts, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with offshore survey teams to obtain missing information, clarifications, and data updates.
- Support project reporting schedules and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
- Assist in the preparation of final deliverable packages, including reports, digital charts, GIS/CAD outputs, and datasets.
- Maintain document control, version management, and project close-out documentation in accordance with company standards.
What you should have:
- Diploma or Degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Applied Science, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in hydrographic surveying, marine survey companies, or offshore survey projects.
- Able to perform offshore assignments.
- Understanding of hydrographic survey workflows and offshore survey deliverables.
- Experience supporting offshore wind, subsea cable, pipeline, port, or dredging survey projects is advantageous.
- Familiarity with QINSy, HYPACK, ArcGIS/QGIS, and AutoCAD.
- Strong technical report writing and document control skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills when working with offshore and onshore teams.
