Job Description:
Plan, lead, and manage projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and timelines.
Serve as the primary contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Support the project team in resolving issues during implementation and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
Lead and manage subcontractors and project team members, focusing on effective communication, delegation, and motivation.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize project risks.
Coordinate knowledge transfer to engineers and subcontractors through mentoring and workshops.
Define project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility with all relevant stakeholders.
Oversee quality assurance and prepare project communications.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the immediate manager to support organizational goals.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Computer Science or an equivalent field.
Minimum of 5 years in telecommunications and IT industry.
PMP and PRINCE certification will be preferred.
Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
Analytical skills preferred, with knowledge in Cloud Computing, HCI, Virtualization, Data Protection, and Network & Security.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, PowerPoint).
Team player with excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Results-oriented, customer-focused, mature, self-motivated, proactive, and independent.
Good time management and punctuality.
