Job Description:

• Plan, lead, and manage projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and timelines.

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

• Support the project team in resolving issues during implementation and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

• Lead and manage subcontractors and project team members, focusing on effective communication, delegation, and motivation.

• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize project risks.

• Coordinate knowledge transfer to engineers and subcontractors through mentoring and workshops.

• Define project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility with all relevant stakeholders.

• Oversee quality assurance and prepare project communications.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the immediate manager to support organizational goals.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Computer Science or an equivalent field.

• Minimum of 5 years in telecommunications and IT industry.

• PMP and PRINCE certification will be preferred.

• Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.

• Analytical skills preferred, with knowledge in Cloud Computing, HCI, Virtualization, Data Protection, and Network & Security.

• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, PowerPoint).

• Team player with excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

• Results-oriented, customer-focused, mature, self-motivated, proactive, and independent.

• Good time management and punctuality.
