Position: Customer Relationship Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
1. To do service appointment and 72 hours service follow up call.
2. To assist service appointments scheduling.
3. Execute customers care activities to achieve Customers Satisfaction Index.
4. Execute customers retention and engagement activities.
Job Requirement:
1.Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline, preferably Mass Communication or Hospitality.
2. Possess pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point skills.
4. Multilingual will be an added advantage.
5. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
