Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Export Executive di Melaka - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all export-related documentation (e.g. invoices, packing lists, COO, Bill of Lading, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and export control laws of Malaysia and destination countries.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and regulatory bodies.

• Keep up-to-date with import regulations of target markets (e.g. Halal, food safety standards, packaging laws).

• Coordinate shipment scheduling and logistics for timely delivery.

• Assist in applying for export permits, certifications (e.g. FTA, HALAL, HACCP), and product registrations where required.

• Support the sales and marketing team with export documentation and regulatory requirements

• Travel internationally to attend food fairs, exhibitions, and trade missions to promote the company’s products.

 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in export operations, preferably in the food/FMCG industry.

• Familiar with export procedures, INCOTERMS, and cross-border logistics.

• Knowledge of international food safety standards and destination country import regulations (China, ASEAN, Middle East, etc.) is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Work Location: MELAKA HALAL HUB, SERKAM.
