Job Summary

The Site Project Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support at the project site to ensure smooth project operations.

The role includes managing site documentation, arranging workers’ transport and accommodation, monitoring project correspondence, supporting procurement activities, and ensuring compliance with company and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, Site Manager, and project team.

  • Maintain and organize all site-related documents, records, and correspondence.

  • Coordinate site office operations and administrative activities.

  • Ensure all project documents are properly recorded, filed, and to compile daily site report / site photos and send to Singapore Office

  • Assist in preparing all required PPE, stationeries and all other needed at project site.

  • Assist in preparing purchase requisitions and material requests.

  • Coordinate deliveries and maintain records of materials received on site.

  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors regarding administrative matters.

  • Track procurement documentation, delivery orders, and invoices.

  • Arrange workers’ transportation and accommodation

  • Follow up on outstanding submissions and action items.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or project environments.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Knowledge of construction documentation and site administration processes is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Willing to accept one (1) year Contract

Other Duties

The Employee shall perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Employer, Project Manager, or Site Manager from time to time, and shall comply with all company policies, site rules, and project requirements.
