Responsibilities

Key Objectives:

  • Increase online sales and revenue through performance-driven strategies. 

  • Enhance user experience and conversion rates on the e-commerce website.

  • Optimize digital promotions to drive engagement and customer retention.

  • Leverage data analytics to refine marketing and sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

E-commerce Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to boost online sales and increase revenue. 

  • Identify opportunities to enhance pricing, promotions, and bundling strategies. 

  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure all sales-driven campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI. 

  • Work with procurement team to align online inventory with demand trends. 

  • Identify and resolve factors affecting cart abandonment rates and purchase friction points. 

  • Monitor industry and competitor trends to adjust pricing and sales tactics accordingly.

Website Management & Optimization

  • Oversee daily website operations, ensuring seamless customer experience and functionality. 

  • Work with developers to enhance site performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness. 

  • Optimize UI/UX design, navigation, and content layout for better engagement and conversions. 

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings, descriptions, pricing, and availability. 

  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, checkout flows, and product pages to improve performance. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the e-commerce platform.

Digital Promotions & Customer Engagement

  • Plan and execute e-commerce promotions, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns. 

  • Align promotional efforts with social media, paid ads, and influencer marketing strategies. 

  • Implement email marketing and push notification strategies to re-engage potential buyers. 

  • Analyze and optimize customer journey touchpoints for improved engagement.

Data Analysis & Performance Tracking

  • Track and analyze key e-commerce metrics (traffic, conversion rate, average order value, etc.). 

  • Identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion funnels to enhance performance. 

  • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights for improvement. 

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to adapt strategies accordingly.

Customer Experience & Support Coordination

  • Work with customer support teams to address order fulfillment issues and customer concerns. 

  • Improve post-purchase experience with efficient return/exchange processes and customer service touchpoints. 

  • Ensure a seamless shopping experience across desktop, mobile, and app platforms.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business, or Marketing field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce sales, online store management, or digital retail strategies.

  • Strong expertise in Shopify Plus.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO best practices.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in campaign planning and digital promotions.

  • Knowledge of customer retention strategies, email marketing, and loyalty programs.
