We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Admin to support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the logistics and operations team

• Maintain and update shipment records and tracking systems for PK and CPO

• Update fuel transaction for every transport day to day

• Coordinate with drivers, workshop staff, and clients to ensure timely deliveries

• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and vendors

• Assist in preparing reports and data entry

• Maintain proper filing and documentation systems

• Support compliance with company policies and logistics regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum STPM (Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia) or equivalent

• Previous experience in administrative or logistics support roles (preferred)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Email

• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude

• Do have own transport to work place

Employment Terms:

·         This position includes a 3-month probation period

·         Salary will be reviewed upon successful completion of the probation

·         Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 12pm

·         Expected start date: ASAP
