Job Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing.
Prepare bank reconciliations, investigate and resolve reconciliation differences, and monitor collection to ensure accuracy.
Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports for management review.
Manage and ensure compliance with e-invoicing requirements, including preparation, submission, and proper record-keeping.
Liaise with pawn shop staff personnel on accounting-related matters to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
Collaborate and coordinate with department leads to support overall business operations.
Liaise and coordinate with external parties including auditors, tax consultants, company secretary, bankers, and suppliers.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in SQL Accounting System is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Work independently and meet all reporting deadlines in a timely manner.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
