Tanggungjawab
1. Document & Administration
- Prepare and manage company documents (letters, bank forms, PDFs, records).
- Maintain physical and digital filing (Google Drive).
- Prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Verify incoming documents before submission.
2. Banking & Client Support
- Assist in corporate bank account opening.
- Monitor bank emails and update account status.
- Liaise with bankers on client matters.
- Communicate with clients/PIC for verification.
- Update records in Google Sheets/systems.
3. Operations Support
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Accounts, Marketing).
- Support use of Google Workspace, e-banking, Canva.
- Assist basic marketing tasks when required.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks from management.
4. General Duties
- Ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Work professionally and responsibly.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
- Good communication & organisation skills.
- Able to multitask and work independently
