Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Production & Conceptualization:

  • Collaborate with the editing team to develop creative concepts for pre-launch and launch video campaigns.

  • Brainstorm and pitch innovative ideas to showcase FMCG products in a compelling and aesthetically pleasing way.

  • Plan shoots, including storyboarding, shot listing.

  • Have knowledge on selecting appropriate equipment, lighting, and angles.
    

• Production & Filming:

  • Lead video shoots in a studio setting, ensuring quality footage.

  • Familiar in shooting FMCG products, focusing on how to product textures, and features that drive consumer desire.

  • Direct on-camera talent and models professionally and effectively to achieve the desired performance and mood.

  • Set up and manage professional lighting, audio, and camera equipment to create a polished final look.

  • Travel to and film at offline events, launch parties, and other marketing activations as required occassionaly.
    

• Post-Production & Editing:

  • Perform basic to intermediate video editing, including color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics (e.g., simple text animations, lower thirds).

  • Assemble raw footage into a compelling narrative that aligns with the campaign's goals and brand guidelines.

  • Deliver final videos in various formats optimized for different platforms (e.g., social media, website, YouTube).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing product-focused videos, preferably in the FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.

• High proficiency in operating professional video cameras, DSLRs(e.g., Sony, Canon).

• Expert knowledge of studio lighting techniques for both products and people.

• Demonstrated ability to direct and work comfortably with models and on-camera talent.

• A strong creative vision and an exceptional eye for composition, colour, and detail.

• Solid experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
