Responsible for night shift operations for industrial gas turbine component repairs; leading a team of technicians across multiple process areas. Accountable for safety, quality, delivery, cost and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations of incoming inspection, chemical stripping, thermal spraying and heat treatment.
- Conduct toolbox and daily management system (DMS) meetings covering safety, quality, delivery and cost (SQDC).
- Manage shift manpower deployment and attendance; escalate issues via MyAndon or other established channels.
- Ensure full compliance with EHS requirements including emergency response, incident investigation and reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with quality requirements; enforce the standard work, following work instructions and quality forms.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; coordinate with Maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Review risk assessments; conduct layered process reviews (LPR) and Gemba walks to identify and close gaps.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment with team lead or supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
- Able to work night shifts.
- Able to respond promptly to operational emergencies.
