Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in a coordination or site support role (experience with operable wall systems is an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of safety standards and construction site practices.

Project Coordination:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project tasks related to installations.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager.
• Ensure all documentation (drawings, specifications, schedules) is current and properly distributed.

Communication & Liaison:

• Act as a point of contact between internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Schedule and attend coordination meetings, taking and distributing detailed meeting minutes.

Procurement & Logistics:

• Work closely with the Logistic Team to ensure timely delivery to job sites.
• Works closely with Purchasing Team to Track and manage inventory and procurement to avoid project delays.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain organized project files, reports, and logs.
• Prepare weekly or bi-weekly reports on progress, risks, and issues to the Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager.

Site Supervision & Support:

• Conduct site inspections and monitor installation activities. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and project schedules.

Cost Control

• Keep project documentation organized and accessible.
• Help identify areas where we can save time and money without sacrificing quality.
• Help monitor expenses, and control costs across multiple projects.
