Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, salary up to SGD 3,600 in NAM HONG BUILDERS PTE LTD - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

·        Responsible for tendering process, attending tender briefing, site walk, prepare and submit tenders including quantity taking off and pricing

·        Source quotation from sub-contractors and suppliers

·        Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration

·        Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements

·        Preparation of budgets and keep track of project expenditures

·        Prepareand submit monthly progress claim

·        Negotiate and award sub-contracts

·        Process subcontractor claims and contractual payment

·        Prepareand manage variation orders with clients, consultants and sub-contractors

·        Attend project meetings and tender interviews

·        Prepare materials samples for approval

Requirements:

·        Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or related field of study.

·        Minimum 6 years of experience for Senior Quantity Surveyor

·        Good working knowledge of interior fit-out works or additions and alterations works

·        Proactive,meticulous and conscientious

·        Proficientin using Microsoft Office (Excel)
