We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the smooth running of company activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily business operations.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor employee performance.
• Develop and implement company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and present operational updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company regulations and statutory requirements.
• Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Resolve operational issues and improve business processes.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5–7 years of managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations is an advantage.
