Clean Now is a growing cleaning services company serving residential , childcare and commercial clients across Singapore. We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to support our daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients, staff, and management.
Job Responsibilities
Handle invoicing, quotations, payroll processing, claims, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare documents, certificates, and other administrative records.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and sourcing of operational equipment.
Support marketing efforts such as social media updates, contact database management, and promotional campaigns.
Provide general administrative support to management and operations teams.
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Level, or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in administration, operations, HR, or finance-related roles is NOTÂ required, but an advantage.
