We’re hiring a Business Development Executive


Travel Requirement: Own transportation is required as this role requires regular travel to client sites across the Klang Valley area

Office Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Job Type: Permanent full-time position

️Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive plays a key role in driving company growth and expanding market presence by identifying new opportunities and managing the full sales lifecycle. This role serves as the primary contact for prospective and existing clients, responsible for building strong relationships, preparing strategic proposals, and ensuring seamless coordination from pre-sales to post-sales activities.


Job Descriptions

  • Drive and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Proactively identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, including enterprise and government sectors.
  • Understand customer business needs and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions to clients.
  • Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate tracking and timely follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams and clients on invoicing, payment tracking, and collection activities.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to support business growth.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction throughout client engagements


Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experienced in the IT industry is an advantage, particularly working with enterprise and government clients.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in developing opportunities and closing deals.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong account and pipeline management skills.
