Responsibilities:

· Conduct time studies to define standard manufacturing hours and optimize workflows

· Design Value Stream Maps (VSM) and simulation models for process improvements

· Lead continuous improvement (CI) projects to eliminate waste and reduce costs

· Analyze production data to build dashboards and track performance metrics

· Develop learning curve models to support efficient production ramp-up.

· Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure resource readiness (manpower, equipment, space)

· Deliver actionable insights to enhance operational scalability and decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or any related field
• 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in similar role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
