Senior Mechanical Engineer

Role:

Leads the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems, ensuring performance, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review mechanical designs, calculations, and specifications
• Lead project execution and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Oversee equipment selection, sizing, and technical evaluations
• Review vendor documents and ensure design compliance
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and site guidance
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 7-13 years' experience in mechanical design in offshore oil and gas projects
• Proficiency in engineering software and design tools
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API)
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
