About the Role
- Own learner engagement and communication strategy for assigned SEA L&D programmes, ensuring learning is clearly positioned, relevant, and aligned to a strong, consistent L&D brand.
- Create, curate, and publish learner‑facing content across L&D channels, including L&D newsletters, intranet pages, learning hubs, announcements, and campaign materials, ensuring consistent tone, messaging, and brand alignment across Southeast Asia.
- Design and execute learner communications, campaigns, and storytelling that connect learners to the value, purpose, and outcomes of L&D programmes.
- Support end‑to‑end programme delivery by coordinating learner touchpoints, scheduling communications, and managing post‑programme follow‑ups and basic reporting.
- Design and enhance digital and experiential learning experiences using multimedia, interactivity, and blended (virtual and in‑person) formats that reinforce the L&D brand and learner expectations.
- Optimise how learning content is surfaced and experienced across platforms (e.g. LMS, learning apps, intranet, MS Teams) to ensure consistency, discoverability, and ease of navigation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to support smooth delivery and a positive, on‑brand learner experience.
- Use learner feedback, engagement data, and insights to continuously improve communications, experience design, and brand credibility.
- Contribute to shared Operations & Technology team responsibilities to ensure continuity and service reliability, including learner enquiry support, LMS records maintenance, and peak‑period coverage.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Human Resources , or a related field.
- Experience in L&D operations, learner engagement, programme coordination, communications, or related roles (Executive / Senior Executive level)
- Strong learner‑centric mindset and sensitivity to brand, tone, and experience quality
- Hands‑on experience creating and publishing learner‑facing content (e.g. newsletters, intranet pages, platform announcements)
- Experience supporting learning programmes and coordinating with vendors or partners
- Exposure to learning platforms such as LMS, learning portals, or collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams)
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
- Experience in professional services or complex organisations is an advantage
Who This Role Is Ideal For
This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply about how learners experience learning and how L&D shows up as a brand. You may come from an L&D engagement, operations, communications, or programme coordination background and enjoy shaping learner journeys, improving clarity, and building trust through good execution.
You are comfortable being hands‑on, working closely with stakeholders and vendors, and contributing as a reliable team member in a lean Ops & Tech setup. If you enjoy combining content, communication, and execution and want to strengthen the L&D brand while making learning easier to engage with, this role will suit you well.
