Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin / Operations Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal communications, responding to messages and emails, maintaining accurate records, and participating in meetings to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle internal communication and coordinate information flow between team members and departments.
- Monitor and respond to messages through various communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring proper follow-up and organization.
- Record, document, and maintain important operational matters, tasks, and updates.
- Attend internal meetings, take meeting notes, and track action items for follow-up.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating team activities.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
- Ensure timely communication and effective coordination across the organization.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Detail-oriented and responsible with good follow-through.
- Prior administrative or operations support experience is an advantage.
- Basic finance, bookkeeping, or accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.
