Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of project and operational activities.
  • Ensure project activities are completed on time, within budget, and according to acceptable quality standards.
  • Assist in tracking project progress, preparing reports, and maintaining proper project documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Monitor and follow up on project schedules, work progress, and outstanding matters.
  • Support site visit, time study, data tracking, KPI monitoring, reporting, and management decision-making processes.
  • Handle daily operational tasks, follow-ups, and administrative coordination related to projects.
  • Perform ad hoc duties and multitasking assignments as assigned by management from time to time.


Key Responsibilities


1.Data Collection & Monitoring

  • Collect and compile operation data from mills, estates, and project sites.
  • Follow up on missing or delayed data submissions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation before reporting.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems for operational and project information.


2.Reporting & Dashboard Preparation

  • Assist in preparing management reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Generate comparison tables for costing analysis, supplier quotations, and project progress tracking.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports.
  • Update operational dashboards, tracking sheets, and monitoring tools.
  • Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).


3.Project & Technical Support

  • Support in documentation control and timeline monitoring.
  • Assist in preparing project progress updates and status reports.
  • Organize and maintain technical documents, supplier proposals, and project records.
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Liaise with internal departments, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project coordination.


4.Analysis Support

  • Perform basic trend analysis on operational and project performance data.
  • Assist in identifying abnormalities, gaps, or missing information for further action.
  • Support cost comparison, budgeting, and performance tracking exercises.
  • Prepare summarized findings and recommendations for management review and decision-making.
  • Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Perform multitasking and ad hoc assignments as assigned by management from time to time



Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 2–4 years of working experience in Mechanical, manufacturing, power energy, or project coordination will have an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and operational workflows. Experience in project coordination is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, cost analysis, and report preparation is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
