• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop project execution plans, construction schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to obtain approvals and permits.
• Lead cross-functional project teams including engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal departments.
• Conduct regular progress and coordination meetings to ensure alignment of goals.
• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates in collaboration with QS teams.
• Monitor expenses, progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and change requests.
• Implement cost control measures and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project.
• Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications.
• Identify and resolve construction issues, risks, and conflicts that arise during the execution phase.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Monitor QA/QC procedures to maintain high construction standards.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented as needed.
• Track project progress against milestones and schedules.
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Anticipate delays and proactively implement corrective actions to recover lost time.
• Ensure successful completion, final testing, commissioning, and handover of the project to the client.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
