The Junior Data Analyst is responsible for supporting data collection, processing, and analysis activities to help organizations make informed, data-driven decisions. This entry-level role focuses on working with datasets, generating reports, and assisting in the creation of insights that support business performance and strategy.

You will help gather data from multiple sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and business systems. The role involves cleaning and organizing data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for analysis.

A key responsibility is assisting in the preparation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. You will support senior analysts in identifying trends, patterns, and insights from data.

This position also involves performing basic data analysis tasks, responding to ad-hoc reporting requests, and helping maintain data quality and reporting processes. You will work closely with business, product, and analytics teams to support decision-making.

In addition, the Junior Data Analyst contributes to improving data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and analytical workflows while developing foundational skills in analytics and business intelligence.

• Basic understanding of data analysis and statistics
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred but not required)
