Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

  • Receiving, verifying, and processing incoming customer orders accurately.
  • Issuing invoices, sales receipts, and shipping documents.
  • Checking inventory levels and coordinating with the warehouse or logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Updating and maintaining customer records with contact info, purchase history, and notes.
  • Drafting sales proposals, contracts, quotes, and presentations for the sales reps.

Requirements :

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is standard; an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role, customer service, or a sales support environment is a big plus.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data and Word for documentation).
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and external clients.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize urgent orders, and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
