Key Responsibilities
First line troubleshooting for equipment related issues
Execute scheduled and unscheduled equipment maintenance and Post PM process recovery
Responsible for equipment uptime and liaison with process control team and equipment vendors for resolving escalations and SPC deviation.
Works with process module development team, process control team and vendor to ensure flawless operations.
Support internal audits as needed for ISO certification.
Support CIP (continuous improvement projects) to improve reliability and efficiency
Prepare shift reports and handover notes
Follow EHS and cleanroom safety standards
Maintain proper documentation and housekeeping (6S, TPM)
Job Requirements
Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering, Science, or related disciplines
Preferably with minimum 2 years of semiconductor equipment engineering experience (AMAT,LAM, TEL, ASML, Nikon, Kokusai, MATTSON, EVG, Ebara etc.) with hands-on equipment troubleshooting experience
Systematic and logical thinking.
Strong discipline in following SOPs, quality standards, and EHS requirements
Physically able to work in a cleanroom environment for extended periods (12 hours shift), including standing and gowning requirements
Willing to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays
Good attention to detail and committed to data accuracy and integrity
Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a sense of ownership and responsibility
Basic computer literacy (MES systems, data entry, Microsoft Excel or similar tools)
