Are you a fresh graduate looking to build a career in construction and interior renovation? We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join our growing team. You will work directly under our senior management, learning the ropes of commercial fit-outs, site coordination, and project delivery. If you are willing to learn, we are ready to train you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Assistance: Assist senior Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring daily site activities for renovation projects.
  • Site Coordination: Learn to coordinate with site supervisors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure work progresses smoothly and materials arrive on time.
  • Documentation: Help prepare and manage project paperwork, including site reports, Method of Statements (MOS), and material approvals.
  • Progress Tracking: Attend site meetings, take detailed notes, and update the management team on site progress and potential issues.
  • Quality & Safety: Assist in monitoring site safety regulations and quality control to ensure contractors meet our company standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
  • Attitude: Eager to learn, proactive, and not afraid to get your hands dirty on active renovation sites.
  • Communication: Good communication skills to interact with contractors, workers, and clients.
  • Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to various project sites around the Klang Valley.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of reading technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a bonus).
