Responsibilities
Job Scope
1. Assist in daily finance and accounting operations
2. Support invoice processing, data entry, and document filing
3. Help prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and summaries
4. Assist with account reconciliation and expense tracking
5. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks
6. Coordinate with internal departments on finance-related matters
7. Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the finance team
Requirements
1. Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting principles
3, Good analytical and communication skills
4. Detail-oriented and willing to learn
5. Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
1. Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
2. Familiar with Excel formulas, Pivot Table, or financial reporting
