Job Title: Production Supervisor (Production & Packing)

Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

About the Role:

We are looking for three Production Supervisor to join our team in Pasir Gudang. You will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations within our production and packing departments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Up to RM 2,300 (Diploma, DKM or SKM 3)
• Fixed Allowances: RM 40 (Meal) + RM 150 (Shift)
• Bonuses: Quarterly Attendance Bonus & Yearly Performance Bonus
• Additional: Insurance Coverage & OT claimable

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Oversight: Lead and supervise packing operations to ensure products (Feed, Bran/Pollard, or Flour) meet weight, labeling, and quality standards.
• Team Management: Supervise contractors and general workers to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Quality Control: Perform regular inspections, collect samples for lab analysis, and ensure strict compliance with GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 procedures.
• Inventory & Records: Maintain accurate daily production and inventory records; conduct stock counts as required.
• Collaboration: Liaise with production, plant operators, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely dispatch.
• Maintenance: Ensure proper housekeeping (6S) and cleanliness of packing equipment and storage areas.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in any field or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• Skills: Good communication skills (Oral & Written).
• Commitment: Able to work rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night) on a 5.5-day work week schedule.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
